Kristin created Mindful Wellness LLC in 2011 because she saw a need to support others in creating their best life! A fitness professional (28 years) , teacher (17 years) & wellness coach/motivational speaker (12 years)., Kristin brings experience and dedication that will help you create a pathway to a better you! She is a certified fitness and yoga instructor, mindfulness graduate, and an Independent Team Beachbody Coach who can connect you with the top-of-line fitness and nutritional products to help fill in the holes in your current wellness program. Her biggest passion is helping others be their happiest and healthiest selves by focusing on their mindset and distancing themselves from stress and negativity.
