An early adaptor and advocate for mindfulness and corporate/school wellness, Kristin Johnson Bott has brought mindful strategies, brain research, yoga practice, vision board workshops, intention setting and meditation to schools and companies for fifteen years. A sought-after expert, motivational speaker, and consultant, she is Owner and Founder of Mindful Wellness, LLC which has a three-tiered focus: Mindfulness Training, Nutrition and Fitness/Yoga . Her clients include corporate, health care, insurance, education and non-profits. While working as an educator, Kristin led several At-Risk-Programs and brought mindfulness to students; she witnessed amazing improvements in behavior and focus with reduction in stress and anxiety. She loves using her experience and trainings to empower others to live a healthier happier life.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a Psych minor, and a Master of Science in Special Education from North Dakota University. Her numerous certifications include fitness, personal training, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She brings 30 plus years of experience in the fitness and yoga realms. Her participants rave about the healthy living tips she shares & how they feel a spiritual reboot from her classes.

I attended Kristin's vision board workshop & anytime I want a pick me up or a smile I think about that day. I was very nervous about attending. I was reticent to share my past experiences that have lead to my current hopes and dreams. It was only a few minutes in to the workshop that I realized I had no reason to feel awkward. Kristin created a warm welcoming atmosphere and facilitated a wonderful day. It is obvious Kristin is passionate about empowering women to believe in their dreams. The group of people who attended the workshop were all supportive and nonjudgmental.
